Havannah Harbour is an idyllic location without the hustle and bustle of Port Vila or the pollution of Port Vila harbour. Flying Fish Lodge is situated on the beach of one of the most protected bays in Havannah Harbour where passing yachts frequently take a spell from offshore weather. The beautiful beach gently gives way to deep water which is ideal for swimming. A few hundred metres up the beach, the tranquil water is home to a major reef that attracts snorkelers and divers. The exceptional view from the apartments overlooks three offshore islands, passing boats and stunning sunsets. Early morning sightings of turtles swimming off the beach are quite frequent.
One Bedroom x 2
The two x one bedroom apartments are compact but perfectly formed. They have a fully functional kitchen with Ceaserstone counter tops, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and a combined washing machine/dryer.
The separate bedroom has a ton of wardrobe storage, a king size bed and a luxury ensuite with a spacious shower.
The glass doors from the living area open onto a large balcony with exceptional views.
Two Bedroom x 4
Walking in the front door of the 'Hampton' inspired two bedroom apartments ( x 4) there is a spacious hallway leading to the modern open plan kitchen, dining and living areas that open onto waterfront balconies with expansive views over the beach and harbour beyond.
The smart kitchens have white Ceaserstone bench tops, soft close purpose built cupboards and drawers and all the modern appliances you would expert in a first class apartment including dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave and a large two door fridge/freezer. The large Ceaserstone Island Bench is accompanied by bar stools and it is ideal for entertaining as it is conveniently located between the dining room and large living room.
The new furnishings are in keeping with the apartments' excellent decorative finishes including designer mouldings, architraves and cornices.

Holiday rental
The apartments are situated in one of the most advantageous holiday destinations in Vanuatu. The beachside location gives immediate access to local boats, and their Ni Vanuatu owners, who will happily take holiday makers sightseeing, snorkeling, fishing and diving as well as giving them access to their local villages and islands.
As a guide, a reasonable holiday rental returns would be as follows:

2 Bedroom: AUD $250 per night

Permanent Rental
